Orpheus Sinfonia Supports Trinity Hospice

Artesian Quartet news for websiteWednesday, 9th July 2014

As part of Orpheus Sinfonia’s commitment to helping young musicians by providing performance opportunities in both concert venues and local communities, we have developed an outreach live music project supporting the important work of Trinity Hospice

On Wednesday 9th July 2014 from 2 – 3 pm musicians from Orpheus Sinfonia will give a very special 1 hour concert. There is no charge and all are welcome to pop in and listen to beautiful music in a relaxed atmosphere.

The event will take place in Trinity’s beautiful outpatient centre, Mulberry Place, overlooking Trinity’s award-winning gardens. Guests will enjoy a specially chosen programme of pieces and hear the fascinating stories and inspiration behind them, accompanied by tea and cake.

Louise Malone, Head of Mulberry Place, says “We are delighted to welcome the Orpheus Sinfonia to Trinity. It’s wonderful to be able to offer patients, families and our local community the opportunity to take a little time out of the everyday and relax. I hope people who do not know much about Trinity take the opportunity to visit us and learn more about our work.”
